Drew Richardson, Primera Companies, LLC, accepts lifetime distinction
August 05, 2020
The NAIOP Research Foundation announces the appointment of Drew Richardson to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction. Richardson will be honored at NAIOP’s CRE.Converge Virtual conference, October 7-8, 2020.
Richardson is the director of leasing and property management for Primera Companies, LLC, in Dallas, Texas. He is involved in various aspects of the day-to-day operations, including lease negotiations, budgeting, strategic planning, and acting as a liaison between tenants and Primera’s ownership team.
Richardson began his affiliation with the NAIOP Research Foundation as a Visionary, a select group of the industry’s rising leaders who are engaged with the work of the Foundation and with its Governors. As a Visionary, he participated in Foundation meetings and enjoyed mentorship by seasoned industry leaders. Now, as a Governor, he’ll have the opportunity to deepen his engagement, continue contributing thought leadership, and lend his expertise and experience to inform the Foundation’s research development process.
Richardson is a member of the NAIOP Research Foundation research and fundraising committees. He was an active member of the Developing Leaders V National Forum, which has now merged to form the Office and Industrial Trends National Forum.
“Drew is the fifth member of the first class of Visionaries to join the ranks of the Governors, and I’m pleased to recognize his continued commitment to the Foundation,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, executive director of the NAIOP Research Foundation. “I know Drew remains dedicated to supporting the Foundation’s mission of helping build better communities through practical research and education.”
