ARGUS Enterprise One-day Classroom Training and Certification

This one-day classroom training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise and concentrates on practical applications of the software through interactive examples and case studies. The course modules include cash flow, portfolio reporting and sensitivity analysis. Participants are exposed to a large cross section of the software’s capabilities, fundamentals and unique nuances.

Course fees include the certification manual, a three-month Academic ARGUS Enterprise License (Windows compatible only), a prep exam and the ASC exam. Upon successful completion of this exam, users will achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise, which is valid for two years and can be renewed by taking the recertification exam. The case study portion will be either office, retail or mixed-use (office/retail) property type.

All registrations processed online receive an automatic order confirmation and receipt. If you register via fax, mail or phone, a receipt must be requested by contacting education@naiop.org.

Cancellation Policy

If fewer than 15 students register for the live classroom course within three weeks prior to scheduled course date, NAIOP reserves the right to cancel the course with no penalty. In the case of cancellation, all registration fees will be returned to the students, and no additional financial obligation exists for either ARGUS or NAIOP for that course event. Cancellation must be agreed upon in writing; email is acceptable as written notification.
