Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of Spouse Program or Board/Committee Full Registrations received after April 11, 2016, will be charged a fee of $35 per attendee. Cancellations received after April 25, 2016, will forfeit the registration fee (if applicable). No refunds will be made for no-shows. Cancellation notices should be sent to the NAIOP Education Department education@naiop.org or faxed to (703) 674-1471.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta on Peachtree Street. The hotel is a convenient drive from Atlanta’s airport, connected to the city's MARTA transit system and just blocks away from the city’s major attractions.

Hotel Reservations

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is pleased to offer the following discounted rate of $189 single/double, exclusive of taxes. These discounted rates will be offered until Monday, April 22, 2016, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first.

  • To book a room at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, call their toll-free Reservation Number at 1-888-421-1442 or call hotel direct at 404-577-1234.
  • Identify yourself as part of the NAIOP room block and request the special NAIOP rate. The rate will be extended for three days before and after the blocked dates, subject to availability (April 28-May 9, 2016.)
  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required. All deposits are fully refundable if a room is cancelled three days or more prior to arrival date. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge.

Transportation

Visitors seeking shuttle service and transportation to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and around the city have a variety of options, from taxi service and limousines to airport shuttles and public transportation.

Transportation from Hartsfield International airport:
Book your reservation for the SuperShuttle by calling 1-800-Blue-Van (258-3826) or visit www.supershuttle.com. For larger groups call 404-410-1290 or email atlsales@supershuttle.com. The rate to and from the airport one way is $16.50 and $33 round trip per person.

Limousine Service:
The concierge can arrange a limousine service to pick up guests from Atlanta Airport at a specified gate for $70 for a town car, $95 for a SUV or $155 for a stretch limousine.

Taxi Service:
To/from airport fee: $30.00 plus $2.00 per each additional person, plus $1.50 flag drop fee. Fares originating from a business and concluding at a business within the zone of downtown are at a rate of $10 ($2 for each additional person). See the Hyatt Regency Atlanta website for additional rates for the downtown zone and other information.

Amtrak:
(3 miles north of hotel) Taxi approximately $11 plus tax.

Greyhound/Trailways:
Taxi approximately $7 plus tax.

M.A.R.T.A. (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority)
$2.50 per ride + $1.00 for a Breeze Card to gain train access. Rail system runs approximately every 10 minutes. Hyatt Regency Atlanta is connected to Peachtree Center Train Station via Peachtree Center Mall. It takes approximately 20 minutes from the airport. (Airport pickup at baggage claim, TH Terminal). To get to the Hyatt, take M.A.R.T.A. to the Peachtree Center Station and exit Northeast towards Peachtree Center Mall
