Jim Mulligan is a real estate partner at Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm serving its commercial and business clients and individuals from its 19 offices throughout the United States and in England, utilizing the expertise of over 700 attorneys. Jim is resident in the Denver office and his practice serves corporate and commercial clients involved with real estate leasing, ownership, development and finance in Colorado and throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Jim has extensive experience with federal, state and local developments, project finance, tax and other incentive programs for corporate users and public-private infrastructure and redevelopment projects, including economic development incentives, land use and entitlements, historic designations, tax-increment financed projects, tax-credit structures, and taxable and tax-exempt bond issues. Jim was previously president of the Colorado Chapter in 2007 and a member of the Environment and Infrastructure Committee and the Tax and Finance Subcommittee. He is currently on the Colorado Chapter board, and a member of the National Board, the Business Development Committee and the State and Local Subcommittee. A National PAC Trustee and member of the National Forums program since 2001, Jim currently serves on the Trends in Real Estate Development I Forum.
