Existing National Forums
The National Forums are chaired by a prestigious group of industry leaders. A list of the existing Forums and the 2016 National Forums Leadership follows. However, based on members' interest, new National Forums are created from time to time.

Open to members located in energy-sector dependent markets, or from CRE firms that cater to the energy industry, impacted by fluctuations in the prices of oil and natural gas. Members will discuss how market fundamentals are affected by changes in energy prices across industrial, office, mixed-use, retail, and multi-family product types. Strategies, such as mitigating downside risks and working effectively with tenants, will be discussed.
This Forum is open to members with experience in this area who are interested in discussing the issues and opportunities associated with medical office building, hospital, inpatient and outpatient facility, life science and research center development. (More than 50 percent of members will be developers, owners or investors.)

Open to members engaged in public/private sector development of buildings and infrastructure through a developer consortium or other partnership vehicles. Discussion will focus on design, construction, finance, operation and maintenance of public facilities, including those built in conjunction with private facilities. Legal, financial, procurement and political parameters, as well as strategies for building strong stakeholder relationships, will be explored.
Open to a diverse group of real estate professionals who wish to focus on industry trends such as technology, sustainability, workplace, leasing and developing commercial real estate.
