NAIOP’s room block at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort is now closed. NAIOP’s discounted rate of $230 was available until Friday, March 31, 2017.
- Rooms may still be available at the Renaissance Indian Wells. To book a room at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort, call the hotel directly at 760-773-4444.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to the day of arrival at no charge.
- A resort charge of $5.00 per room, per night will be charged. The resort charge includes the following: guestroom internet access, self-parking, local and 800 calls, (2) bottled waters daily, fitness center access, daily fitness classes, resort bicycles and golf bag storage.
