Peter Curnyn
Principal and Managing Director
Colonial Real Estate Advisors

Peter Curnyn is a Principal and Managing Director of Colonial Real Estate Advisors. Based in Brussels, Belgium, ColonialREA provides advisory services to institutional clients including financial and operational re-structuring and asset and portfolio management. Prior to his move overseas, Peter built his 20+ year career while based primarily in Atlanta, where he worked for two Atlanta-based firms, the Portman Companies and The Landmarks Group, before joining The Blackstone Group and ultimately AIG Global Real Estate. He began his career in project leasing and management with Portman and subsequently worked in asset management, operational management and development.

In his most recent role with AIG, he completed more than $400 million of mixed-use development in AIG's noted Atlantic Station project as well as underwriting and completing pre-development work for more than $1.5 billion of additional projects in the United States and Europe. He holds both his CCIM and RPA designations and is currently enrolled in the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program.
George Ledwith
Vice President of Development
Liberty Property Trust

George Ledwith is vice president of development responsible for Liberty's Southeast and Southwest regions. A Green AdvantageĀ® Certified Practitioner, Mr. Ledwith has spent the last five years developing and planning high performance LEED buildings and is currently overseeing seven LEEDĀ® projects approved for construction and three more in various planning stages. These include the first LEED registered developments in Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Tampa, Orlando and Houston. Prior to joining Liberty's Southern region, he was a project manager in the Northeast where he completed Liberty's first LEED certified building, the Plaza at PPL Center in Allentown, PA, which achieved Gold certification. Mr. Ledwith is currently a member of the U.S. Green Building Council's Treasure Coast / Palm Beach County Branch and a frequent speaker on the benefits of sustainable, green development as well as a contributor on the subject to industry media including "Development" and "Developer" magazines.

Prior to joining Liberty Mr. Ledwith oversaw a diverse array of construction projects from high rise office buildings to hospitals for the Philadelphia-based construction management company, L.F. Driscoll. During his tenure there he was named "Outstanding Project Manager of the Year" by the American Subcontractors Association of the Delaware Valley representing over 100 firms in the construction industry.
