Curriculum Overview

The Center offers eight separate courses based on NAIOP's core competencies.

An overview of these competencies is presented in two general survey courses that stand at the curriculum's core:

• Essentials of the Development Process
• Advanced Development Practices

The full range of subjects in these two courses are expanded to form six specialized courses that are designed to be more focused and comprehensive in their scope.

• Courses are 16 hours in length and have recommended learning and experience levels so one may match their need to any course.
• Workgroups, case studies, analytical problem solving, applied techniques and forms of multi-media are used to promote a rich learning and networking environment.
• Courses are available both online* and onsite.
• Educational credit for completed coursework is available for each of the courses to the left of this screen.
