Chapter Description

NAIOP is the international association of developers, owners and professionals of commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Our members promote responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs. NAIOP supports diversity within the industry, provides education and advocates for legislation that benefits the communities in which we work and live.

The St. Louis Chapter is a growing chapter and has been recognized by NAIOP Corporate in Washington D.C. as one of the fastest growing. Locally, the chapter is known for producing quality breakfast programs that cover relevant topics that are affecting our industry locally and nationally. The Governmental/Public Affairs Committee is well appointed and it is on a clear path toward becoming a sustainable and positive influence through industry specific education, lobbying efforts in Washington, and support of other industry groups especially the Missouri Growth Association headquartered in St. Louis.
