Jacksonville's Famous Amos sold five of its restaurants to a St. Augustine-based investor for approximately $3.4 million. This included the value of the real estate, businesses, furniture, fixtures, equipment and a lease for a sixth restaurant in Jacksonville, totalling 19,468 square feet with sizes ranging between 3,420 square feet and 4,810 square feet.
