OSCRE Incorporates Sustainability Information Into Lease Abstracts Standards

Focused on corporate and investment owners, the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE) Lease Abstract Exchange supports the sharing of a condensed summary of a lease document among brokers, leasing parties, portfolio managers and other stakeholders. The capability for exporting and importing abstracts of green leases is now provided through new green lease data exchange specifications.
