Online Program in Cooperation with The Burns School, Daniels College of Business, The University of Denver
NAIOP, in cooperation with the University of Denver, offers members the online Executive Graduate Certificate in Real Estate, including many other exclusive benefits for program participants who apply to the program through NAIOP. The Program is primarily offered online and requires that you attend one three-day course in residence at the University of Denver.
You must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and have at least five years work experience in real estate to be considered for the program. The advanced curriculum in the Executive Graduate Certificate Program is designed to enhance an existing foundation in real estate rather than to serve as an introduction to the industry. Course work is rigorous, challenging and rewarding; it builds upon existing knowledge and experience.
