Growing to Greatness

"Growing to Greatness" - a manual to assist NAIOP Chapters in dealing with the challenges of growth management - is now available to Chapters and members. The manual is the culmination of a year of research on the part of the Growth Management Task Force, chaired by Brian Blaesser, Robinson & Cole LLP.

Last year, NAIOP surveyed Chapters in regions experiencing growth pressure to identify their key issues and the techniques being used by government to try to manage growth. NAIOP then engaged Anthony Downs, Senior Fellow, the Brookings Institution, to analyze the results into a set of white papers and reports on growth management techniques, which became the basis for the "Growing to Greatness" manual.
