Andre Kuzmicki

Andre Kuzmicki

Mr. Andre Kuzmicki is the Executive Director of the Graduate Program in Real Estate and Infrastructure at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, Canada. He teaches real estate finance and investment and administers the non-academic operations of the program. He is an experienced corporate director and REIT trustee, currently serving on the boards of RealNet Canada Inc. and Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT. A past president of the NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter, Mr. Kuzmicki is the founding chairman of its annual REX Awards and Gala. Mr. Kuzmicki holds a BA and an MBA from McGill University.

US Based Manufacturing What Industries Will Grow and Where

A study by the NAIOP Research Foundation concludes that the reshoring trend of manufacturing industries to the United States yields stabilization of jobs, but not net growth. Some industries will add jobs as others shed them, resulting in no change to the total number of manufacturing jobs but halting a decades-long trend of losing more jobs than added.
