Barry Hersh

Barry Hersh

Barry F. Hersh is Clinical Associate Professor at the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate and Chair of the Masters in Real Estate Development Program. He teaches Land Use Regulation, Green Buildings, and the Development Capstone; works with faculty, students and curriculum and in 2012 was honored for his service. Mr. Hersh conducts research on environmentally responsible real estate development with the NYU Center for the Sustainable Built Environment.

The Industrial Space Demand Forecast for the U.S. is issued quarterly by NAIOP and is based on an accurate model. The Forecast assists developers and investors to make more prudent decisions about the timing of new development projects. Frank Wuest, NAIOP Research Foundation Trustee, Passes

Frank Wuest died on August 13, 2016, while participating in a fundraising swim in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island. At the time of his passing, Frank was president of Marcus Partners in Boston, Massachusetts, having established a successful career in real-estate investment and development.
