Ralph Heins founded Primera Companies in 1989 together with his wife, Cornelia and has built a 3 million square foot real estate portfolio with focus on bulk state-of-the-art distribution centers, managed and leased by Primera. He also co-owns and manages 400,000 SF of office space including his most recent project, Tennyson Place, in the Legacy Business Park in Plano, a small-suite concept office building.

William E. Hunt is president of the Elmhurst Group - a Pittsburgh-based organization that invests in commercial real estate and operating businesses. Elmhurst's real estate holdings total more than 2.5 million square feet of office, distribution, flex space and a hotel, all in Western Pennsylvania. The firm has also invested in the retail, medical, hospitality, oil and gas, and electronic security industries. Mr. Hunt joined NAIOP in 1994 and was the 2012 chairman of the NAIOP’s National Board of Directors. He is a former chairman and member of the Government Affairs Committee and a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter. He also served on the Nominating Committee. He is a current member of the NAIOP Board of Directors, Audit Committee, PAC Trustee, and the Private Developers I Forum. He is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Research Foundation.

Jack Schultz is founder and CEO of Agracel, Inc., an industrial development firm focused on development in rural America. Agracel began in 1986 and since then Agracel has completed projects in 14 states - owning over six million square feet of industrial space, which has facilitated over 5,000 jobs. Agracel also owns fifteen business parks and a short line railroad. Mr. Schultz is the author of Boomtown USA: The 7 ½ Keys to Big Success in Small Towns, was published in early 2004. He has been a member of NAIOP since 1995. He is a past member of the National Forums Advisory Committee and currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. Mr. Schultz is the current chair for the Research Foundation’s Research Committee, Foundation Trustee and head of the Industry Trends Task Force. He is also is a member of the Private Developers III Forum.

Paul F. Ciminelli is President and CEO of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, a full service real estate development company, with offices located in New York, Florida, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, that manages and developed over 15 million square feet. Current projects range from 30,000 - 400,000 sq. ft. health care, research, clinical and educational developments; urban developments, consisting of residential adaptive reuse apartment projects of 45 - 250 units. Mr. Ciminelli is a member of the Office Development I Forum. He is also a current Research Foundation Trustee.

Christopher Haley is co-founder of Palladian Realty Capital LLC, with offices in Maryland and Delaware. As a boutique real estate advisory-firm, Palladian offers differentiated and independent services to its privately-held and publicly-listed constituents supported by a research-oriented foundation. Palladian leverages its principals' advisory- and research-oriented capabilities to assist property-oriented businesses in their capital- and strategic-planning efforts. Prior to Palladian, Mr. Haley was managing director in Wachovia Securities' Equity Capital Markets division where he led its research and investment efforts in the real estate securities sector beginning in 1993. Mr. Haley is a trustee of the Research Foundation. He is also the chairman of the Foundation’s Distinguished Fellows Credentialing Committee and a member Foundation’s Research Committee.

George D. Livingston is chairman of NAI Realvest Partners, Inc. in Maitland, Florida. He is a past president of NAIOP's Central Florida Chapter and is a current member of the Industrial Development I Forum. Mr. Livingston is a Research Foundation trustee and serves on the Foundation's Research Committee.

Barbara Schaefer McDuffie is Managing Director of Business Development for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP’s Washington, DC, office located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Baker Tilly is a nationally recognized, full-service accounting and advisory firm and is ranked as one of the 12 largest in the country. Barbara has been a member of NAIOP since 1990 and is a past chairman of the Northern Virginia Chapter and has served three terms on the national board. She has also served on NAIOP’s Business Development and Industry Trends Task Force committees, and is a current member of the Membership and Chapter Relations Committee, Editorial Board, and the Trends in Real Estate Development I Forum.

In this role, Pobuda pursued new business opportunities in the Phoenix market across a variety of sectors, including office, industrial and residential. He became a member NAIOP in 1994 and was the chairman of NAIOP’s National Board of Directors in 2010. Mr. Pobuda is the current chairman of the Research Foundation and a member of the Office Development I Forum.

Eugene Reilly oversees all aspects of Prologis’ business in the United States, Canada and Latin America and is a member of the technical committee of FIBRA Prologis. He joined AMB Property Corporation in 2003 and has more than three decades of experience in real property investment, management and operations throughout the Americas. He has been a member of NAIOP since 2000 and served as chairman of NAIOP’s National Board of Directors and is a member of the Nominating Committee. He is also a Foundation Trustee and member of the Investment Management II Forum.

Thomas J. Bisacquino has served as the association's chief executive officer since 1991. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the association. He directs NAIOP’s legislative activities on behalf of its membership in the federal, state and local arenas. Under his guidance and leadership, the headquarters staff is responsible for serving more than 17,000 members who are involved with the development, ownership, and investment of industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout North America.
