He is Vice-Chair of the Research Foundation, a member of the Research Foundation's Research Committee, and chairman of the Foundation’s Fundraising Committee.

The firm has also invested in the retail, medical, hospitality, oil and gas, and electronic security industries. Mr. Hunt was the 2012 chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a former chairman and member of the Government Affairs Committee and a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter. He also served on the Nominating Committee. He is a current member of the NAIOP Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and the Private Developers I Forum.

Since 1991, Thomas J. Bisacquino, NAIOP's president and CEO, has served as the association's chief executive officer. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the association which is headquartered in Northern Virginia. Mr. Bisacquino directs NAIOP’s legislative activities on behalf of its membership in the federal, state and local arenas. Under his guidance and leadership, the headquarters staff is responsible for serving over 15,000 members who are involved with the development, ownership, and investment of industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout North America.

Mr. Haley is a trustee of the Research Foundation and is chairman of the Foundation's Research Committee.

Agracel also owns fifteen business parks and a short line railroad. Mr. Schultz is the author of Boomtown USA: The 7 ½ Keys to Big Success in Small Towns, was published in early 2004. He has been a member of NAIOP since 1995. He is a past member of the National Forums Advisory Committee and currently serves on the Editorial Board and Strategic Planning Committee, and is a member of the Private Developers III Forum.
