NAIOP Northern Virginia | Breakfast Seminar Building Repositioning
Date: Tuesday, September 25, 2012
Time: 7:30 a.m.
Event URL: http://naiopva.org/current_events.htm#Repositioning
Program
Over seventy percent of the office buildings in Northern Virginia are more than twenty years old creating one of the latest commercial real estate trends in our area ... repositioning buildings in the market place. Whether it is an upgrading of building systems, a brand new lobby or improvements to the façade of the building or all three, owners are finding that they can give existing, older buildings a "new lease on life" and in the process earn attractive returns for themselves and their investors.
Please join NAIOP Northern Virginia on September 25 for a breakfast seminar with the developers/owners and architects of several of the region's most recent building renovations. The speakers will share the decisions behind why each building was targeted for repositioning, the challenges associated with the work, and the successful outcomes.
