What is "On Demand?"
On Demand means you will get an electronic file of the resource instead of a printed book or CD.

What resources are available On Demand?

• Recorded sessions from NAIOP conferences
• Archives of NAIOP's live Webinars

How do I receive the product(s) I ordered?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation screen. This screen will have your order and links to the resources you ordered. Just click on the links. You will also receive an e-mail with the links to the resources you ordered.

How do I search for On Demand resources?
You can search by title, author, topic, keyword and more.

Can I share the On Demand resource I purchased with other people?
On Demand versions of NAIOP resources are for your use only. You may view the resource on your computer or print it (pertains to pdf files). However, it is illegal to e-mail the file, print and distribute copies or to copy an On Demand resource to a CD to give to another person.

Can I purchase On Demand resources in a printed or CD version?
The only On Demand resource that can be purchased in print version is the full 2008-2009 NAIOP Compensation Report. The recorded conference CDs and Webinars are only available On Demand.

If I want to purchase a printed publication from the online Bookstore and an electronic publication from the On Demand store, can I pay for them at the same time?
No, you will need to create an order in the online Bookstore and enter your credit card information for that order. Then you will need to create a new order in the On Demand store and enter your credit card and order information a second time.

Am I charged for shipping and handling?
No, shipping and handling is not charged for On Demand resources.
