Denver International Airport
Hyatt Regency Denver is accessible from Denver International Airport via several modes of transportation:
Super Shuttle:
- Cost is $21 per person each way.
- Shuttles run 5:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, approximately every 15 minutes.
- Shuttle ticket counters are located on Terminal Level 5, across from the rental car agencies. Reservations are not required between 5:15 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Shuttle stops at Hyatt Regency Denver for pick up every 15 minutes.

- Super Shuttle features blue vans with SUPER SHUTTLE printed on the side.
Car Service:
- Yellow Cab Taxi - Approximate cost is $43 one way
- Limo Service - Approximate cost is $60 -120 (one way, dependent upon company and number of passengers)

Getting Around Denver
Hyatt Regency Denver is located in the Central Business District, walking distance to many local businesses and attractions. Denver offers several modes of transportation for getting around the area.
- 16th Street Shuttle - Runs throughout the central business and entertainment district of downtown Denver
- Light Rail Service/RTD - Stops at most corners in the city, including Invesco Field, Pepsi Center/Six Flags/Elitch Gardens, Union Station - Lower downtown (LODO)/Coors Field/16th Street Mall. Cost is $1.75 -$4.00 each way
- Amtrak - Station is approximately 11 blocks from the hotel.
Parking at the Hotel
For the convenience of guests, the hotel offers both Valet and Self-Parking options. Many local businesses and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel's downtown location, so you may leave your car parked for the duration of your stay, if you wish.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of spouse/guest registration received after April 3, 2009, will be charged a fee of $35 per attendee. Cancellations received after April 13, 2009, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Cancellation notices should be sent to Allison Murphy or faxed to (703) 904-7003.
