The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown is offering a special rate of $150 single/double, exclusive of taxes. The discounted rate will be offered until April 12, 2010, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first. Identify yourself as part of the NAIOP room block and request the special NAIOP rate of $150 single/double, exclusive of taxes. The rate will be extended for three days before and after the blocked dates, subject to availability. Please Note: Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

Car Rental
AVIS has been appointed the official car rental company of the 2010 NAIOP Spring Education Courses.
Your special low AVIS rates are good from one week before to one week after the meeting. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 331-1600 or online at www.avis.com. Be sure to refer to NAIOP's AVIS Worldwide Discount (AWD) number J953708.
Taxi Service: Approximately $30 per way
Subway: $1.75 per way - MARTA Peachtree Center Station or CNN/OMNI/Georgia Dome Station (both are four blocks from the hotel)
Atlanta Airport Shuttle: Approximately $14 one-way per person/ $22 roundtrip per person

Valet parking is available at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown for $24 daily. Self parking is $18 per day.
What to Pack
Average May temperatures range from a day time high of 80 degrees to an evening low of 59 degrees. Attire is business casual. Include a sweater or light jacket as temperatures in the meeting rooms may vary.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of registrants received after April 30, 2010, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. Cancellations received after May 10, 2010, will forfeit the registration fee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. A non-member substituting for a member will pay the difference in registration fees. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
