Leadership Discovery Program for Emerging Professionals

NAIOP's new leadership skills development program
designed for members generally 35 years of age and less

The Leadership Discovery Program is a unique learning experience focusing on raising the interpersonal competence of real estate professionals with regard to influence, communication and leadership.

NAIOP's program, which adopts a total-immersion approach, will result in propelling young executives to a level that is far beyond their years of experience.

Participants will learn the subtle dynamics underlying interpersonal relationships and work groups, and the potency of certain communication techniques.

Emphasis will also be given to the personality dynamics at work in every relationship that either enhance or diminish one's personal effectiveness.
