Tour: Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago (Walking Tour)
Fee: $30
This tour is limited to 30 participants.

Visit the newest addition to the Trump portfolio - the 92-story Chicago Tower is one of the tallest buildings in the city, with a striking curvilinear face, shimmering stainless steel and a glass curtain wall shining over the Chicago River. Rising out of the heart of downtown, the Tower boasts 339 luxury hotel condominiums, 486 super-luxury residences; health club/spa; indoor parking; banquet/conference center; award winning restaurants; Riverfront Park; and boutique shopping. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the exceptional views throughout make this a truly landmark property. CB Richard Ellis is the leasing agent for the retail space in the Tower and will be providing an insider's tour of the property.

Tour: Millennium Park and Open Space Development (Walking Tour)
Fee: $30
This tour is limited to 30 participants.

Millennium Park is an award-winning center for art, music, architecture and landscape design. The 24.5-acre park, on a site occupied by the Illinois Central Railroad, was covered with unsightly railroad tracks and parking lots throughout the 20th century. Opened in July of 2004, the park includes the Frank Gehry-designed Jay Pritzker Pavilion; the interactive Crown Fountain by Jaume Plensa; the contemporary Lurie Garden Kathryn Gustafson; and Anish Kapoor's hugely popular Cloud Gate sculpture. There has been tremendous growth in developments surrounding and overlooking the Park itself including The Heritage and The Legacy condominium developments by Mesa Development, LLC and the Modern Wing at The Art Institute of Chicago designed by Renzo Piano. This walking tour will include a presentation and discussion on the park's creation and programs and how they affect development.

Tour: 300 North LaSalle (Bus Transportation Provided)
Fee: $75
This tour is limited to 50 participants.

300 North LaSalle's soaring stainless steel and glass façade begins directly above the waters of the Chicago River. This 60-story, 1.3 million square foot office tower developed by Hines was completed and opened in April 2009. Innovative and pioneering, its sustainable design is LEED pre-certified and the building includes an array of first class amenities including fitness center, conference center, underground parking, superior indoor air quality, purified water system, as well as a state-of-the art security and life safety system. 300 North LaSalle maintains extraordinary views of the Chicago River, Lake Michigan and the downtown Central Business District along with a landscaped, riverfront plaza.
