NAIOP Member Early Bird*: $1095 Regular: $1,195	Non-Member Early Bird*: $1,295 Regular: $1,395
National Forums Member Early Bird*: $895 Regular: $995 * Forum members registered for the full development '08 conference will receive a complimentary MP3 file of all sessions that are taped on Tuesday, October 21, Forums Day	Developing Leaders Member $495 (Rate available to NAIOP members under 35 years of age only). Proof of age and valid NAIOP membership is required to qualify.

Registration fee includes education sessions, access to exhibits and meal functions, including receptions, Developer of the Year luncheon and breakfasts. Special events are an additional fee and are non-refundable.

Advance registration is now closed. If you would like to attend this conference, please register onsite at the NAIOP Member Services Center located in South Seas CDFIJ, South Convention Center, Third Level.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of registrants received after September 22, 2008, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. Cancellations received after October 10, 2008, will forfeit the registration fee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events are non-refundable. Cancellation notices should be faxed to (703) 904-7003.
