Your investment includes one printed fabric banner (send in your art), scheduled networking time during exclusive exhibit hours and two full conference registrations. To create a consistent brand in the Networking Showcase exhibit events, no outside banners or additional signage may be used.
Networking Showcase spaces are limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
How does it work?
As a Networking Showcase Exhibitor, you'll save time, save money and meet the top developers in commercial real estate!
Your company will have one fabric vertical banner and a station for materials. You'll save money on costs associated with a typical exhibit booth such as shipping, carpeting and decorating fees. As a Networking Showcase exhibitor, all you need to do is ship is your marketing materials. As an added bonus, your banner is yours keep and use for future events!
NAIOP helps you save time by setting up your display area, and ensuring that your banner is in prime placement for all attendees to see. As a Networking Showcase exhibitor, your company will be on display during some of the conference's most popular events - the Welcome Reception featuring our high-level National Forums members and the national Board of Directors that kicks off the entire conference, and the Evening Reception on Wednesday evening. You'll also receive maximum exposure during a Networking Lunch that will take place in the exhibit area for all conference attendees!
What do I get?
In addition to unlimited exposure as a Networking Showcase exhibitor, you'll receive two full conference registrations - allowing you to attend education sessions and network, network, network! You'll also receive your company listing and logo in conference materials, pre- and post-show attendee mailing list on request and pre-event promotion on NAIOP's development '08 Web site.

Tell me about the banners...
Your digital fabric print is permanently affixed to a lightweight tubular base with dual support feet. A three-piece shock corded pole, which is stored in the base, supports your graphic. Your banner is easy to set up (takes less than one minute!) to an assembled size of 32.5"w x 88.5"h. It rolls up and stores to 6" x 36".

- Network, network, network! You won't be committed to full exhibit hall hours, so you'll be able to attend education sessions and spend more time meeting commercial real estate's leaders!
- Fewer shipping fees - Your fabric banner will be delivered to you onsite, and it's small enough that you can easily travel with it after the conference. All you need to ship are your marketing materials.
- What NAIOP does for you... We'll help drive traffic to your showcase by placing the Cyber Café and registration desk in the exhibit area. We'll also host our highly-attended receptions and Networking lunch in the exhibit area, providing you with more exclusive opportunities for you to meet your market. In addition, you'll receive promotion before and during the conference, with your company name and logo featured on NAIOP's Web site and onsite conference programs!

Networking Lunch: 12:45 - 2:15 p.m.
Networking Reception: 6 - 7:30 p.m.
