The Westin Seattle is offering a special rate of $224 single/double, exclusive of taxes. Please note the hotel requires a one-night room and tax deposit at time of reservation. The discounted rate will be offered until February 13, 2009, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first. Be sure to identify yourself as part of the NAIOP room block and request the special NAIOP rate of $224 single/double, exclusive of taxes. Public Transportation
Public transit bus routes serve the Airport outside Door 6 by Baggage Carousel 5, on the Baggage Claim (lower) level.
Shuttles and buses run almost continuously around the clock, with scheduled departure and arrival times. The Ground Transportation Information Booths are located across from Carousel 12 in Baggage Claim and on the third floor of the Parking Garage.

Parking
Self and valet parking are available at The Westin Seattle. Valet parking is available for overnight guests for $38.00. Self parking is available for $35.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of registrants received after February 23, 2009, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. Cancellations received after March 3, 2009, will forfeit the registration fee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Non-members substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events are non-refundable.
