Request the special NAIOP room rate of $240 single/double, exclusive of taxes. This discounted rate will be offered until January 15, 2010, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first. The hotel requires one night room and tax deposit at time of reservation.
Please Note: All hotel changes and cancellations must be made no later than 6 p.m. on date of arrival. Any cancellations made afterwards will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Average February temperature ranges from a day time high of 44 degrees to an evening low of 28 degrees. Attire is business. Due to the historic nature of the hotel, temperatures in the meeting rooms can varying, please be sure to bring a sweater or jacket!
Distance from Airport to Hotel
The Mayflower Hotel is 15 minutes from Reagan National Airport and approximately 40 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
Transportation
Taxi fare from Reagan National Airport to the Mayflower Hotel, is approximately $20 and $80 from Dulles Airport. For those of you who arrive at Dulles Airport, Super Shuttle is available for $45 per person round trip, advance reservations required, call (202) 296-6662.
Parking facilities
The Mayflower Hotel offers valet parking at the daily rate of $41. We encourage you to find more affordable self-parking at nearby garages.
