Hart is regarded as a top analyst of public opinion in the United States and is recognized as a leading shaper of national trends and political messages. He serves as chairman of Peter D. Hart Research Associates and has been a pollster for NBC News and The Wall Street Journal, in addition to representing more than 40 United States senators and 30 governors. Hart appears frequently on Meet the Press, The Today Show and The News Hour with Jim Lehrer.

  • Reauthorization of the Federal Transportation Bill (session 1)
    The Economic Feasibility of Achieving Energy Efficiency in Building Codes (session 2)

    The reauthorization of the Federal Transportation bill is scheduled for September of 2009. Hear from Capitol Hill staff about the impact this bill may have on future transportation and infrastructure projects in your state.

    NAIOP recently commissioned a study to determine the economic impact of achieving increased energy efficiency in building codes. We’ll discuss the findings of this study and how it will affect future real estate projects.

Sometimes a leader is measured not so much by what he or she did while in a leadership role as much as by what he or she left behind for the organization to build on after leaving that leadership role. This presentation is ideal for incoming leaders, as well as for existing leaders. Mark Levin will discuss how to successfully leave a legacy for organizational growth, member involvement, quality and continuity.
