What is "On Demand?"
On Demand means you will get an electronic file of the resource instead of a printed book or CD.

What resources are available On Demand?

How do I receive the product(s) I ordered?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation screen. This screen will have your order and links to the resources you ordered. Just click on the links. You will also receive an e-mail with the links to the resources you ordered.

How do I search for On Demand resources?
You can search by title, author, topic, keyword and more.

Can I share the On Demand resource I purchased with other people?
On Demand versions of NAIOP resources are for your use only. You may view the resource on your computer or print it (pertains to pdf files). However, it is illegal to e-mail the file, print and distribute copies or to copy an On Demand resource to a CD to give to another person.

Can I purchase On Demand resources in a printed or CD version?
The only On Demand resources that can be purchased in print version are the full 2008-2009 NAIOP Compensation Report and Rules of Thumb for Distribution/Warehouse Facilities Design which are available through Amazon.com. The case studies, recorded conference CDs and Webinar archives are only available On Demand.

Am I charged for shipping and handling?
No, shipping and handling is not charged for On Demand resources.
