Local Chapters - Piedmont Triad
Chapter Description
The Piedmont Triad Chapter of NAIOP is composed of approximately 60 members that are active in the commercial real estate brokerage and development community in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and surrounding areas of the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. Developers, brokers, engineers, architects, attorneys, lenders, owners and general contractors make up the majority of our core membership.
Our monthly meetings are held during the lunch hour usually on the third Wednesday of each month at various Triad locations and typically include an industry-related program or speaker.
