Chapter Description
The NAIOP Alabama Chapter, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the premier commercial real estate association in Alabama for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate.
NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate, with 18,000+ members in 57 North American chapters. It provides networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations and strong legislative representation.
The NAIOP Alabama Chapter encourages responsible development that will enhance the environment while promoting the growth of our local business community.
Lunch meetings are held quarterly, along with two golf tournaments, the annual Market Review, Awards Program and Holiday Social.
Members are encouraged to attend local meetings and the annual development conferences. This year's development conference will be held in Chicago, Illinois, October 13th - 16th.
