Chapter Description
The Alabama Chapter of NAIOP is the premier commercial real estate association in Alabama and is comprised of approximately 100 members who are active in the commercial and industrial real estate brokerage and development community.
NAIOP is a national association that represents the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout the United States and Canada. NAIOP communication, networking and business opportunities for all real estate related professionals provides a forum for continuing education. The Alabama Chapter of NAIOP encourages responsible development that will enhance the environment while promoting the growth of our local business community.
Lunch meetings are held quarterly, along with two golf tournaments, the annual Market Review and Holiday Party.
Members are encouraged to attend National meetings and the annual development conferences. This year's development conference: the annual meeting for commercial real estate will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.
